Here we have a super cool Alien Attack game from Tomy. It is in full working condition, and has just been stripped and cleaned - including a service of the switches, contact pads etc. All controls work properly. The speaker is loud & clear, and the VFD display is bright.
It has been hygienically deep cleaned & polished, and I have checked the internal electronic performance.
The game runs nicely off a 6V negative tip adaptor (see my other listings for this), or 4 ‘C’ batteries (not supplied). The battery terminals are very clean - hence running well from the batteries. The battery compartment itself is also very clean, with no previous leakage. The door hinges freely and locks in beautifully.
The unit is in very good cosmetic condition overall for its age, with only minor playwear - and polishes up beautifully, with the printed graphics and silver control font still looking great. Please see the photos for more detail, as they are of the actual unit in this auction. It is all polished up, serviced and ready to go as a display piece, talking point, or for retro-self indulgence!
