Shipping policy
Retro Retros Vintage Electronics has extensive experience of safely packaging vintage electronic items. We generally use Royal Mail and/or Parcelforce for deliveries, alongside specialised carriers for larger items (e.g. arcade machines). All items are tracked and insured.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. All items are thoroughly
checked, filmed working with the customer name & date, and thoroughly packaged
prior to dispatch. As all items are unique, often large, delicate & valuable,
appropriate precautions are taken to ensure that these vintage treasures arrive
safely in their new home - and packing may take a little time. It will be worth the
wait - we promise!
We will provide a tracking number once an order is booked for transit and within
three business days of order confirmation. All items are carefully and thoroughly
packed, so tracking information may depend on the finished packaged size, weight
and value(and therefore carrier). We use reputable carriers but please note that
actual delivery dates may vary without warning from the initial estimate. All
tracking information about your package is provided by the shipping service. We
have no control over shipping times and logistics once an item is dispatched
(although they rarely, if ever miss the projected date)! We are available Monday -
Friday from 9:00am -5:00pm and are usually able to respond within one business
day. Please contact us immediately if the parcel is not as expected.

10.01-15kgs - £14.99 ex VAT Delivery 1-3 business days
15.01kgs and heavier - £19.99 ex VAT Delivery 2-4 business days
15.01kgs and heavier - £24.99 ex VAT Delivery 1-3 business days
The weights above are a guideline, some lighter items may be in the next band up due to the items value. This is because they will need to be insured to a higher level. You can check carriage costs at the checkout or by contacting us directly.
