Refund policy
RETURNS
We value transparency and honesty, and endeavour to make our listings as clear
as possible. As each and every item is different or unique, we are unable to accept
returns (except for mechanical defects not previously mentioned). If you feel your
item is not working as described, please message us so we can help troubleshoot
and remedy the issue.
If you wish to make a return, you must initiate contact within 3 days of receipt.
Once the return is approved, items must be shipped back to Retro Retros Vintage
Electronics within 10 days for repair or replacement on a case by case basis.
To initiate a return, contact retroretrosvintageelectronics@gmail.com. All returns
must be authorised by RRVE before they are sent back. Return shipping is the
responsibility of the buyer. All returns must be shipped back within 10 days of
receiving authorisation from Retro Retros Vintage Electronics.
Defective Items
Any functional and/or cosmetic defects should be addressed within 3 days of
receiving your package, as these will be evident upon delivery. Please include as
much information as possible about the nature of your problem. We may ask you for more information about the nature of your issue in an attempt to troubleshoot
and/or provide you with a successful resolution.
Return Condition
All items must be condition as sent by us, with any original packaging and all
parts, documents and components intact and included. Opened items returned in
less-than-resellable condition will be subject to an increased restocking fee.
Bonus/Free Items
Occasionally Retro Retros Vintage Electronics has promotions in which an item is
provided for meeting a certain spending threshold. In the case a return needs to
be made on such an order, the bonus/free item must also be returned to get a
partial refund. If that item is not included in the return, the order will be
refunded less the value of the item as listed on the site.
