This iconic player (made in Japan, 1980s) has just had a new precision drive belt specifically for sale. An beautiful example with no broken parts (they very often break around the headphone socket). It is a very loud, clear, and fully working example. Please see the video.
A rare opportunity to acquire a newly serviced Sanyo personal stereo, made in Japan. Awesome and sought after unit.
Fuly working. Includes the seperate radio pack cassette, which is working perfectly - tuning well and lighting up for FM stereo (see photos).
The controls are smooth. All features work perfectly, including the status LEDs for power and Dolby. The hinge is solid and correctly aligned.
The battery cover is present, and snaps in beautifully. The contacts are clean. Also included is the original carry case with the metal press studs, plus the original very rare lanyard and belt clip.
The unit has been tested with 2 'AA' batteries and mains adaptor (not included). The machine is in gorgeous condition for 45 years of age, and is structually sound and, complete. There is a very minor wear of course, but nothing nasty. Please see the photos, as they are of the actual unit taken specifically for the auction. I work on a lot of these, and this is a particularly clean example.
