Working beautifully - not like the other 'untested' ones on eBay. Many of my listings are copied, so please see my photos (and feedback) for proof of the work and peace of mind.
It has just had a new precision belt, head clean and capstan/pinch roller clean ready for sale. The unit has been deep cleaned and polished, including the switches, controls and the tape mechanism itself.
The battery cover is present and clips in properly. The battery contacts are in excellent condition. Please see the video to hear it running from the battery compartment.
The unit has been tested with batteries and mains (not included). It is in excellent overall condition as per the photos, and fully working both mechanically and electronically. There are of course very light signs of use from a 40 year old machine, but nothing is cracked or missing, and all the case screws are present and tighten properly.
Also included are the original and cool Sanyo speakers (again near mint), plus original headphones that still work - and even have the original ear pads!
The original box and polystyrene are included, and in pretty good shape for their age - there is clear tape tape around the box perimeter to strengthen it, but the colours and print are still strong and clear.
