Rare 'baby boombox' JVC Vintage Radio Cassette Recorder. This unit has been fully tested, calibrated and deep cleaned for sale.
The cassette plays, FF and RW, including counter display. The belts have been checked, including wow and flutter, speed calibrated, and output levels checked for balance on both channels. The tape path has been cleaned, and the heads are spotless.
The radio works very well, including FM stereo. The AM wavebands also all work. The original aerial is present, as are the knobs, buttons and switches.
It is a vintage item (around 50 years old!), so there is fair wear and tear for the age; but overall a very nice example of this rare model. Please see the photos for condition, as they were taken on the day of the listing.
Packaging will be thorough, tracked and insured. Power lead and cassette are for demonstration only. It uses a common figure of 8 (also known as C7) lead, which are cheap and easy to obtain, so I do not risk transit damage by including plugs with rare audio equipment.
