JVC Vintage Cassette deck in working condition (please see video). Amplifier for demonstration only, and not included.
This is a very early 'KD' with the upright loading mechanism (this model did not use a cassette door, but used a head cover panel. The head cover panel is present and undamaged - still very clear.
I have cleaned the heads, capstan and pinch roller. Additionally, a new DeckTech precision belt has been fitted.
All play modes function correctly (including strong FF/RW, and the counter display), and the VU meters work well - both lit up nicely too.
A lovely clean example overall. Only minor wear/patina for it's 46 year of age! Please see the photos for condition, as they were taken on the day of the listing.
Packaging will be thorough, tracked and insured. The cassette and interconnects are for demonstration only. AMPLIFIER NOT INCLUDED of course!
