All controls and sound function perfectly with fast response. It runs on 4 'C' batteries or power adaptor (not supplied but available in my other listings).
The battery contacts are very clean with no previous leaks, and the original battery cover is present.
Please see the photos for the true item condition, as these are of the exact item for sale, taken at the time of listing. This one is in fantastic overall condition, with no cracks and a good springy joystick/buttons. There are only extremely minor signs of use over it's 41 year life - one of the very cleanest game examples I've seen, including excellent control screen print paint.
The box is also included. It is still sturdy, bright, and in excellent overall condition. It has minor shelf wear, but still does the job and looks great (see photos)! The warranty card, colour product booklet and even the rare yellow 'sound information' card are also present. The instructions are from another Firefox (the only thing originally missing), and they are complete without tears, but have rusty staples. But that's the worst thing I can say about the whole set!
