Please note that the sheets have of course been pre-used over the years. However, there are some blank, unused sides to get you going (you could also scan one one of these and print your own), and some were only completed in pencil, so would erase for re-use.
The battery cover is present, and clips in properly.
It also includes the box, which is glossy, sturdy and in overall very good condition. It's not mint, but these tended to wear quite heavily, so they are rare in this condition. The card insert is also present and in excellent condition.
